Widgetbox has many widgets that are easy to embed in your blogger blog. You just click on "Get widget" and it gives you the code, but there is also a Blogger button which you can click and it will add it for you.
RSS Widget ... (Choose edit me ... note - you will need to put in the URL for the sites/blogs you want to follow before you hit "copy" and it gives you the embed code)
Here's a new Gadget ... Search Box
